I am in the process of posting my bass "lessons by mail" program on this page,
but for now, here is a short overview.
If you are interested in my lesson program but are not within driving distance, then you might consider
my correspondence lessons. I will be starting this program in the next few weeks. Here is how it works. Basically, after I
have some information about your playing which I will get from a questionnaire that I will send you (or you can download from
the site in the future) we can speak via phone about a lesson plan tailored specifically for you. (I encourage students to
send any type of recordings of themselves which is very helpful, but it is not necessary.) With my bass "lessons
by mail" you will receive a written lesson, and an audio CD or cassette with a narrative and playing examples. Please
note: these are not "cookie cutter" lessons and recordings that I will be sending, they are handwritten lessons, and recordings
made specifically for you. So it will be as close to a one on one lesson as we can get. Also anyone taking correspondence
lessons is welcome to e mail me anytime with any questions about the lesson. Once this page is completed you can read all
about the details of the program.
Right now, if you are interested, please feel free to e mail me at glen@studythebass.com for more information.
